This article shows you how to get support from the EXAMIND team.

How to Get Support

There are 3 ways to get support from the team:
  1. Live on Slack (for important and urgent issues)
  2. Via Email (for important but not urgent)
  3. Inside of a question (for help on question building)

Live Support

The best way to get live support is through our Slack workspace dedicated to instructors.  Click here to join our slack channel. Follow the directions to sign up.

Turnaround Time:
The EXAMIND team is usually available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm PST Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend. We try our best to answer Slack Support issues within the hour.

Simply email us at support@examind.io.

Turnaround Time:
The EXAMIND team is usually available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm PST Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend. We try our best to answer email issues within four hours.

Question Support

EXAMIND offers professional services for question creation, as a part of most licensing plans.

To access help with a question, simply click GET HELP from the Question page under the Review tab.

Turnaround Time:
Professional services usually takes 24-48 hours to complete a request.
