How to Grade Assessments and Make Adjustments

EXAMIND auto grades its supported question types (Fill-in-the-blank, Journal Entry, Matching, Multiple Answer, Multiple Choice) except for Short-Answer (Essay Questions). For Short-Answer questions an instructor should input each of the student's scores after reviewing their answers.

On occasion, an instructor may want to make grading adjustments for a variety of different reasons.  EXAMIND allows you to make grading adjustments at the individual student level or at the question level. When an adjustment is made at the question level the instructor can make a bulk grading adjustment that will affect all students. Bulk adjustments are often made if there was error identified in the question.
